Douglas Howe is the Principal of The HOWe Team, providing a variety of services to small business owners and division managers. Business Transition, Next Level Leadership Development, Fractional HRD (Human Resource Development) and Corporate Training are among the services we provide to Executives and Professionals in the business and non-profit worlds. He's been a CEO, Executive Director, VP of HR, Speaker/Trainer, Professor, Coach, Consultant and Pastor for over 30 years. As a public speaker hes made over 2000 public presentations in corporate, educational and inspirational settings.

The Howe Team's client and company list covers a range of small and large companies around the country, including Procter & Gamble, AK Steel, Sugar Creek Packing Co., Fox Media Group, Health Alliance, Healthy Advice, Cincinnati Eye Institute, Carespring Health Care, Tri-Health, Cinergy Solutions, Malibu Group, Anthony Munoz Foundation, Teen Challenge, Make-A-Wish, National Management Association, Village Schools and Oaks Christian Schools.

Doug is also the Founder of The Insignia Foundation, which sponsors round-table and 1-on-1 learning experiences for those who need it the most but can access it the least. He and his team also sponsor mens' leadership development retreats at fishing, golf and other venues.

Doug has served on several Boards and Committees including Epipheo, Middletown Tube Works, BBF, the University of Northern Kentucky School of Entrepreneurship; NKUEI Academic Affairs Committee; Stepping Stones of Cincinnati; Village of Indian Hill Recreation Commission; Cincinnati Hills Academy Campaign Cabinet; Carolina Crossings Camp for Physically Challenged Teens; Ohio Young Life Buckeye Regional Committee; Woodleaf Staff Advisory Board; Anthony Munoz Foundation Development Committee.

He is also the author of two small books, numerous articles and wrote a popular culture blog for Fox's, headquartered in New York City.

Mr. Howe holds a Masters Degree in Theology with a focus in Leadership Development, as well as other specialized industry credentials. He and Denise have been joyfully married for 35 years and have 4 children spread through college and the professional world. Anecdotal highlights including finishing the New York Marathon, coaching his daughter's girls basketball team to the Cincinnati Metro Championship, and advisory meetings with President George W. Bush and several congressmen.
